Jemima Mustac

Hygiene Team Leader/ Registered Dental Hygienist

Jemima joined the HDE family in 1995 where she took part in various roles, but it was in the clinical aspect of dentistry that led her to pursue a career in dental hygiene. Jemima attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and was presented with the Student American Dental Hygienists’ Association Award for outstanding leadership. Jemima now serves as the Hygiene Team Leader at HDE and is dedicated to collaborating with her team to implement methods that aid in disease prevention, promote oral health and provide every patient with consistent high quality care. In her spare time Jemima enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family and is a coffee aficionado.

Irene Hy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Irene attained her dental hygiene skills and education through Cerritos College; and, during her time there, she was recognized with the Golden Scaler Award--a testament of her achievements, remarkable skills, talents, and the "golden touch". After achieving her A.A. in Cerritos College, she pursued a bachelor's degree at West Los Angeles College to further her education in dental hygiene and community outreach. Helping others has always been a passion of hers, so you will often find her engaged in outdoor and social activities. On her days off, Irene enjoys picnics, tennis, going to the beach, biking, trying new foods, and traveling. She hopes to use her time and knowledge to benefit the community and the people around her.

Iliana Gonzalez

Registered Dental Hygienist

Iliana has been in the dental field since 2014. She started off as a dental assistant and immediately knew that she wanted to pursue Dental Hygiene. She graduated with her Dental Hygiene degree from Cerritos College and earned her Bachelor’s from West LA College. Her future goals are to earn a Masters in Public Health to expand her knowledge and become a Dental Hygiene Instructor. She enjoys being able to educate my patients and help them improve their oral health. She has no children, but have two fur babies and two nephews whom she sees as her own. Trying new foods and finding great brunch spots to eat at is a passion. In her spare time, Iliana enjoys getting together with friends and busting a move on the dance floor.

Gabriela Monterrosa

Registered Dental Hygienist

Gabriela Monterrosa began her dental career in 2008 as a dental assistant. Her passion for the field inspired her to further her education and become a dental hygienist in 2017. Since then, she has enjoyed educating and encouraging patients on their dental journeys. Gabriela’s favorite part of her job is providing patients with excellent dental care and the joy of a great smile. She loves getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships. Being part of a team that delivers high-quality care and stays on the cutting edge of technology is something she values deeply. Gabriela is devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In her spare time, she enjoys being a mom to her son Joey, spending time with her husband and family, working out, enjoying life, and catching a game at Dodger's Stadium.
